When Traveling to the Ranch, on Interstate 10, from the East Into the Palm Desert Area
Take the Monterey exit and stay on that road all the way till you reach Lake Hemet on Highway 74. Once you pass the store, at Lake Hemet, there will be a paved road on your right a quarter of a mile called Apple Canyon Road. Take that road 3 miles. Until the road divides, take the right-hand fork that is paved, and then go to the second gate, which is the entrance to the ranch.
When traveling to the ranch, on interstate 10, from the west
Take the banning exit to the 243 Idyllwild then to Mountain Center turning left on the 74 and in 2 1/2 miles turn left at Apple Canyon rd. Take that road 3 miles, until the road divides, take the right-hand fork that is paved, and then go to the second gate, which is the entrance to the ranch.
Directions From the San Diego Area
When coming from the San Diego area, take Interstate 15 to Temecula. Then, take the Temecula Expressway exit heading east, which will take you to Highway 79, toward the Anza, California area. Then, take the 371 left that will lead you directly into Anza area. Continue on the 371 until you arrive at the Paradise Cafe junction of the 74. Turn to the left on the 74 until you arrive at the Lake Hemet area and store. Continue approximately half of a mile, just passed the Lake Hemet convenience store, where there will be a road to the right called Apple Canyon Road. Follow that road up to 3 miles until there is a division in the road. Stay to the right on the paved section until you reach the second gate of the ranch, which is the entrance to the ranch.
